Air fryers one of the best ways to make healthy food! It comes out so good every time and you really don’t need to add a lot of fat. I have several air fryers and THIS ONE is my favorite.

1. Whole Chicken

AIR FRYER WHOLE CHICKEN is so incredibly juicy and tender. It makes a great meal dinner with crispy skin and tender meat. It is also great for meal prep!  TIPS: Start the chicken breast side down and flip after 30 minutes.

Tips

  1. Add a small amount of healthy oil. While you don’t need much, you do need a little bit.
  2. Dry vegetables well after washing or they will steam instead of crisp.
  3. Cook in a single layer and do not overcrowd the basket or the air won’t circulate properly. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Shake/Flip as to allow them to crisp or brown evenly.
  5. Check foods early as appliances can vary.
