Coinbase says it will end margin trading immediately after revised guidance from the CFTC; the feature will be fully offline by the end of December  —  Crypto exchange Coinbase plans to end all margin trading effective Nov. 25, 2020, due to recent regulations by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
