How to Make Apple Pie Spice

- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- ½ teaspoon ginger
VARIATIONS For a different twist, mix it with brown or white superfine sugar and add to coffee or smoothie drinks. We also like to add some cardamom and even a tiny bit of white pepper really punches up the flavor. Make your own signature spice blend to use.
Double or triple the recipe if you’d like because this can be kept for a year in the cupboard.
