Ingredients

It’s hard to go wrong with any recipe that only has 4 ingredients!

VEGETABLES Broccoli has a great flavor when roasted or air fried. Use fresh broccoli but feel free to add in some cauliflower!

SEASONING Fresh garlic is really the key to this recipe. It has a lot of natural sugars (which is why roasted garlic is so good) and it caramelizes beautifully! Salt, pepper and parmesan are really all you need!

KITCHEN TIP

Any water or moisture will cause the broccoli to steam (instead of roast) so be sure the broccoli is really dry before you begin. I wash my broccoli the day before (or buy pre-washed broccoli) when I can.
